Cognizant is seeking a Delivery Lead for leadership team.
The role is encouraged to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs.
Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/standard methodologies to improve our current services and technologies.
Responsibilities:
Independently manage AMS engagements from Transition to Steady state
Single point of accountability to client for all facets of delivery (P&L, SLA’s, Transformation commitments)
Responsible for mentoring and career planning for his/her teams
Proven experience in implementing automation and transformation in the engagements managed
Required
15+ years of experience in IT industry
5+ years of experience on manging large scale AMS engagements
Large engagement delivery experience
ITIL, Project management (Agile, Scrum)
Desired:
ITIL/ PMP certification desirable
