As a core member of the Enterprise Program Management workstream, the Lead Analyst is entrusted with the coordination, facilitation, and oversight of projects underpinning our major enterprise programs.
Key to this role is the deep dive into analysis, consistent project monitoring, meticulous tracking, and comprehensive reporting.
Our Lead Analyst works together with essential business stakeholders, IT departments, and project/program teams, ensuring that all endeavors align with and achieve our business goals.

Through this collaboration, the incumbent will cultivate and sustain enduring professional relationships with key stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Steer the full lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timely delivery.
Develop, manage, and monitor essential project documentation, such as project schedules, plans, risk and issues logs, and status reports.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Identify, escalate, and address key project challenges through structured tracking and strategic resolution processes.
Offer support and insights to other Project Managers, promoting a cohesive approach to business objectives.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring their alignment with project objectives.
Lead key business process discussions, solution design, and documentation, ensuring rigorous testing and comprehensive end-user support.
Contribute as a vital team member on diverse Enterprise Projects, infusing business analytical expertise to guarantee project success.
Build and nurture influential cross-functional relationships across the organization, emphasizing collaboration.
Serve as a primary contact for project and program inquiries, promoting clear and open channels of communication.
Requirements: Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field Proven experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines Ability to interact with internal and external customers as well as all levels of management Excellent written and oral communication skills Minimum Experience: 8 years of relevant experience functioning as a project manager and business analyst role Ability to interact with internal and external customers as well as all levels of management Able to set and conduct management routines to keep teams on track with established, aggressive timelines Sharep analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills Excelletn interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage mnultiple projects with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Experience: Prior work with within the oil & gas industry Experience working in a Program or Project office as an analyst or project manager preferred PMP Certification with current / working knowledge and experience, preferred Experience with data analysis and visualization tools Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience with process improvement initiatives Working Conditions: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
Up to 15% overnight travel may be required.
Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
