Artisan Manager (General Superintendent)
SUMMARY
An artisan manager is Naylor's general superintendent.
S/he coordinates with project management regarding project completion and quality control on time and on budget.
An artisan manager in this role complete organizational and project management responsibilities as it relates to the artisans to effectively lead the artisans and ensure they have all of the resources they need.
This person is someone with great managerial skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assigns personnel to project's to ensure proper project progress and resource allocation
Enforce existing methods and procedures relative to paint, drywall finishing, wallcovering, plastering, etc.
Delegating responsibilities to artisan leaders, and artisans if needed
Assist in the development and motivation of staff through training
Coordinate and assist when safety hazards arise
Coordinating with Artisan Leadership and Quality Control Inspection on quality-related issues and quality training
Recruiting, hiring, and managing artisans
Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably
Regularly reviewing projects progress and artisan budget
Meet with representatives of the client, vendors, team members, etc.
PRE-REQUISITES
GED, or high school diploma
Excellent documentation and presentation skills
Knowledge of PDCA standards
Managerial experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office

SALARY AND BENEFITS
This position is available for full-time.
While a presence in Dallas/Fort-Worth is necessary, remote options and telecommunicating are available.
This role must be able to schedule project walks, meet with artisans and review artisan work when needed.
Range of pay is between $70,000 to $100,000 based on years of experience, qualifications, previous experience and certifications received.

Eligible for a bonus of up to 11% of salary based on clear and precise measurables.
