About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to oversee and implement a Learner Experience Platform (LXP) as a part of our Talent Management division.
The individual will be responsible for partnering with the Product, Technology, Operations and business team to implement this new technology.
First focusing on migrating an existing site and building out additional capabilities to support the Wells Fargo product strategy.

In this role, you will: Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with Product Management Learning and Talent experience leading large-scale projects Financial services industry experience, preferably with client facing businesses Demonstrated ability to navigate a complex HR and Shared Service environment in a matrixed organization and ability to drive process change and improvement to enable the client while managing risk Excellent communication (oral and written) with ability to communicate and influence executives, senior leaders, Line of Business stakeholders, other internal partners Proven ability to facilitate and drive prioritization discussions Proven ability to be innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs Ability to manage integrations across multiple technology systems, operations, and/or processes Strong time management skills including the ability to handle multiple deliverables concurrently Professional presentation skills Excellent interpersonal skills with a consumer-centric perspective to resolve conflicts and prioritize output Advanced Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 10% Position will require onsite presence from any of the locations listed below Relocation assistance is not available for this position Visa sponsorship is not available for this position Preferred Locations: 1525 W.
