One Park Financial is looking for a Loss Prevention Leader who will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive loss prevention strategies that align with our unique operational environment.
You will build a dedicated team and collaborate with various departments to ensure the safety of our assets, the integrity of our operations, and the protection of our customers' information.
Your experience in areas that emphasize security, data protection, and customer interactions will be instrumental in creating a unified and effective approach to loss prevention.

* Develop, implement, and oversee loss prevention programs tailored to our operational environment.
* Lead a team of loss prevention professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective performance.
* Monitor and analyze relevant data to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential risks.
* Collaborate with teams to develop and implement employee training programs focused on loss prevention best practices.
* Implement technology solutions that enhance security, data protection, and fraud detection.
* Foster a culture of security awareness among employees.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and regulatory bodies.
* Lead incident response efforts in cases of security breaches, fraud, or other losses.
* Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and emerging trends in loss prevention.
* Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on loss prevention efforts, trends, and outcomes.
* Manage the loss prevention budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure loss prevention strategies align with broader business goals.
* Periodic travel to each of our sites both domestic and international.
*Requirements* * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.
g.
, Criminal Justice, Business Management, Security Management).
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail loss prevention, security, or related roles, with a skillset that aligns with our needs.
* Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is required.
* Strong understanding of loss prevention technologies, data analysis, and industry best practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Relevant certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) are a plus.
* Proven track record of designing and implementing successful loss prevention strategies.
* Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to security, data protection, and customer privacy.
* Ability to adapt strategies to our unique operational environment.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address complex challenges.
