Role Description:
The Deloitte University Portfolio Project Manager is responsible for managing strategic and operational real estate projects as part of the overall Deloitte University real estate portfolio.
This role is responsible for coordinating projects including capital improvements, building or site repairs for property.
This individual will define scope and deliverables that support portfolio objectives in collaboration with stakeholders and is expected to provide end-to-end oversight and management of all real estate projects at DU.
A successful candidate will smoothly transition all project outcomes to DU Operations and Facilities Management teams.
Establish and adhere to PMO guidelines and standard tools/templates.
Manage the work to ensure that it is installed in compliance with and conforms to the approved contract documents.
Managing multiple projects including timely, consistent, accurately flow of information required to operate Deloitte University Real Estate Portfolio to meet needs and objectives and move projects forward in a complex environment.
Work with cross-functional project teams (consultants, architect, owner's representative, designers, etc.
) and lead all aspects of a construction project, or a portion of a large, complex project.
Assembles stakeholders/project team, manage critical contractors and subcontractors, assigns individual work responsibilities, identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops project schedule to meet set timelines.
Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, reporting, analysis and related documentation.
Manage change orders.
Collaborates with Real Estate Portfolio Leader to drive strategy, manage and construct long-term capital planning.
Leads the planning and development of project functional requirements.
Validates projects meet the functional, programmatic, and financial goals of the business.
Maintains contracts and project files, including posting changes to drawings and specifications
Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path, identifies and tracks risk and mitigation plan, leads timely resolution of key issues, decisions, escalations, and risks
Facilitate project closure activities including site inspections & punch list management and documenting lessons learned.
Collaborate with Finance Leader to assemble data, detailed budget, and cost tracking reports.
Manage relationships with variety of stakeholders to influence and negotiate project timelines and deliverables.

Required:
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of related experience.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
This role requires work onsite at Deloitte University in Westlake, TX for a DFW area resident.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, etc.
).
Holiday and weekend hours may be required during peak project implementation.
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management or a related area
2+ years of related experience in engineering/construction project management environment
Project Management Certification preferred.

Proven track record of defining project scope, objectives, detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities and projects, keeping all team members informed of progress and issues
Effective communication skills with an ability to share and synthesize knowledge to effectively influence others.
