Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Team Lead Customer Service to join our TEAM! As the Team Lead Customer Service, we need someone who is ready to provide a variety of support such as lead and manage the customer service representatives, advise team members on customer issues and provide backup support.
Primary Objective:
Performs a variety of customer service duties as well as leads Customer Service Representatives.
Major Function and Scope:
Leads Customer Service Representatives in the performance of their duties.
Trains, coaches, and provides guidance to Customer Service Representatives.
Experienced in analyzing and interpreting data to provide customer solutions.
Serves as a customer service resource for other associates.
May execute duties, including, but not limited to that of the Customer Service Relationship Applications in the management of customer orders from plants, distributions centers, office tasks & administration.
Maintains positive business relationships, internally and externally, to promote company goals.
Provides backup support for various duties as needed.
Completes all aspects of Order Management.
Performs other related duties as required.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
HS diploma or equivalent experience.
Experienced in various computer systems, including but not limited to SAP, Salesforce, Excel, and
Customer Relationship Applications or Databases in the management of customer orders.
5+ years of customer service or account management experience.
Focus on customer account management required.
Prior manufacturing or flooring industry knowledge preferred.
Competencies:
Strong customer service skills, math skills, organizational and problem-solving skills, training, communication and “multi-tasking” abilities; time management; leadership, teamwork, judgement, detail oriented, and safety conscious.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication stills.
Moderate skills in Word and Excel, with the ability to use databases and other computer systems.
