Entering Wellness Mental Health, LLC is looking for someone with clinical leadership skills to provide clinical and administrative oversight to a team of Bachelor’s and Master’s level Case Managers and Rehab Clinicians.
You will work under the general direction of our CEO to execute the vision of Entering Wellness as we strive to transform the lives of the clients in the school, home, and community setting.

About Your Role: As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and implementation of our service deliverable to support Entering Wellness's business stability and growth.
Being the Clinical Supervisor, you will wear several important “hats”.
You will be part of the leadership team, responsible for a caseload of supervises and be an external representative for our agency.
You are the primary link between the owners, case managers, and rehab clinicians.
You will provide mentoring and guidance for our team and promote the best organizational practices while tackling high-level challenges and ensuring constant stability and improvement of our core systems.
The role is extremely important in ensuring the success of Entering Wellness's reach and our mission to transform hope into wellness for the individuals that we serve.
Work Environment: The Clinical Supervisor will generally perform the job in the office, community, schools, and home environment.
Minimum Qualifications: Requires Master’s Degree and LCSW, LMFT, or LPC licensure.
Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities: As the Clinical Supervisor your key responsibilities will involve: Work under the direction of the CEO to fulfill Entering Wellness's mission and guide clinical service deliverables to actualize our mission & vision.
Responsible for ensuring that the mission is fulfilled through strategic planning, evidence-based best practices, and quality service deliverables.
Will be responsible for providing overall leadership and oversite of all clinical services i.
e.
(CANS/ANAS review, chart review, treatment planning, discharge planning, clinical training, and supervision of the Case Managers and Rehab Clinicians.
Has extensive knowledge of the Texas Administrative Code Has experience with managing Case Managers and Qualified Mental Health Professionals.
CANS/ANSA Certified Has experience performing Psychosocial Assessments.
Will be responsible for organizing, planning, and conducting multidisciplinary team meetings with Case Managers and Rehab Clinicians every month.
Responsible for providing expert clinical input on the design and implementation of behavioral health services that can be provided in school-based settings, community settings, integrated primary care settings, and homes through quality services.
Responsible for quality assurance and regulatory compliance; assisting in the training and onboarding of Case Managers and new Rehab Clinicians.
Responsible for providing input into hiring and discharging recommendations, performance evaluations, caseload assignments, and familiarity with the Texas Administrative Code.
Responsible for conducting biopsychosocial for all new intakes in the home, school, and community setting and submitting authorizations to MCOs.
Assist Case Managers and Rehab Clinicians with addressing complaints and resolving problems, meeting with school officials, clients, and parents, troubleshooting tasks, and managing work for adequate organizational workflow.
Take sufficient time to make certain supervisees are well informed about laws, ethics, and agency policies/procedures and re-assesses the need to address these throughout the supervisory Develops and ensures compliance with monthly staffing schedule, including the availability of around-the-clock face-to-face availability for crisis response.
Responsible for reviewing timesheets and progress notes weekly.
Perform quarterly quality assurance reviews with individuals on your caseload to review goals, objectives, and strategies and to make the service delivery of the highest quality.
