We are a business management firm specializing in bridging the gap between our clients and their consumer base.
To continue on our current growth trajectory, we are in need of an energetic go-getter to join our Promotional Sales and Management team.
The ideal candidate will fill an opening on our brand management team, working directly with Senior Management on all day-to-day operations.
The Entry Level Management position provides hands-on training on everything from our marketing and sales strategies, to our community outreach initiatives and office administration.
*Entry Level Manager Responsibilities:* * Attend and help facilitate sales and marketing strategies at pre-determined community-based events * Track results and report back to senior management on potential improvements * Work side by side with senior management to learn all aspects of daily business operations * Participate in daily training opportunities and stay up to date with new business and outreach strategies * Adhere to all company rules regarding sales and daily reports * Participate in team meetings * Additional duties may be assigned *The Ideal Entry Level Manager Will:* * Have a hunger to continuously challenge themselves to think outside the box and learn new potential strategies * Be a constant student, unafraid to ask questions * Be a natural leader and a superior team player * Have a genuine interest in growing with a company * Be local and able to start immediately * Be looking for an opportunity to jumpstart their business career Pay: Uncapped commission after training Job Type: Full-time Pay: $600.
