Role: ITSM Project Manager
Mode of Hire: Fulltime with Benefits and Contract
Location: Dallas, TX (50% Onsite travel)
This Project Manager will be planning for and driving the initiatives to modify their existing Service Now system for the following:
Incident Management
Major Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
DMBD Management
Strategic Portfolio Management
Additional information:
2+ years of ServiceNow experience as a Project Manager or ITIL User managing Service Management deployments or Large installations of software for corporations involving all employees(over 10,000 employees).
Familiarity with the ITIL Framework, Sound business acumen, and ability to communicate promptly and professionally with employees at all levels of organizations.
Possess the self-efficacy and confidence to fuel a personal tenacity in relentlessly following up with action items at all organizational levels.
Experience with MS Projects and Microsoft Office Suite.
ServiceNow PPM & SPM experience a plus.
