Aseptic Production Manager

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aseptic Production Manager to join our team at our facility located in Lancaster, TX, 75146.
As the Aseptic Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the aseptic production processes to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities Manage and supervise the aseptic production team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production targets and deadlines Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure compliance with aseptic techniques and industry regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues or bottlenecks Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Train and develop production staff on aseptic techniques, quality standards, and standard operating procedures Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of necessary materials and supplies Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in aseptic production techniques to drive innovation and continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering, or a related discipline Proven experience in aseptic production management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, cGMP regulations, and quality management systems Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively address production challenges Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement Proficient in using production management software and tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and schedules
