Maintenane Supervisor

Overview We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our facility located in Lancaster, TX, 75135.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the facility operates smoothly.

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective maintenance practices Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency Perform regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment maintenance history Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in maintenance techniques Qualifications Prior experience in a maintenance supervisory role Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Proficiency in using maintenance management software Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce them Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
