1 year of experience in program management.
1 year of experience working as a Maintenance Planner or Scheduler for mission critical facilities.
Preferred qualifications: Experience with third-party CMMS programs like Maximo.
Ability to develop long-term strategic maintenance plans and forecasts.
Ability to communicate with internal customers, external parties, and to address any issues.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of all planning and scheduling of maintenance work.
You'll work with site supervisors and technicians to manage work priority, develop job plans, define parts and materials, define trades and crafts, and engage the proper resources to develop a safe, effective, and efficient plan/schedule.
Additionally, you'll provide equipment-related expertise and technical guidance on improving Preventive Maintenance activities and work management processes.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the use and administration of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program at site level.
This includes creation, update, maintenance of equipment, Preventative Maintenance (PM), and safety records within the CMMS program.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$139,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams and vendors.
Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of resources needed to perform maintenance activities.
Collaborate with facility management in the development and maintenance of schedules and resource leveling by utilizing the site CMMS program.
Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and PM schedules.
Manage the process of launching our CMMS and work management processes at the site level to be used in the daily operation of the data center.
