We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Consultant who are hardworking, takes pride in what they do and is interested in helping others achieve their goals.
They are responsible for processing applications and leases, managing marketing for vacant units, assisting tenants, and other duties as assigned.
An ideal candidate will have an ability to prioritize, multitask, think creatively, take initiative, and resolve any apartment issues quickly and effectively.
The candidate must be able to work effectively across a wide range of internal teams, lead short term and long-term projects, and quickly adjust to changing priorities and situations.
*Responsibilities and Duties*
· Generate interest in our Apartment Buildings by touring the property with prospects and answer all of their questions.
· Assist prospective tenants in qualifying for an apartment home by collecting appropriate information and initiating background checks.
· Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
· Process monthly lease renewals.
· Correctly complete all lease applications, assist with application verification, and notify prospective resident of results in a timely manner.
· Stay informed and aware of rents, specials and events promoted by competitors.
· Manage and convert prospect leads into leases to achieve leasing goals.
· Coordinate all property maintenance requests with property maintenance team.
· Contribute ideas for improving resident satisfaction to Owners
· Collecting rents and deposits posting notices and inspecting move-ins and move-outs

· Must Possess excellent planning and organizational skills to perform required office activities and coordinate paperwork related to apartment home rentals
· Must be a confident communicator and customer oriented
· Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team player with a positive and professional approach to work.
· Must have basic knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws

Pay: From $30,000.
