Property Manager

Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations - Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Oversee rent collection and ensure all payments are processed accurately - Coordinate with maintenance staff to address repair and maintenance issues promptly - Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates - Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards - Prepare and maintain accurate records of property performance, including financial reports and lease agreements Experience: - Proven experience in property management or a related field - Strong knowledge of property leasing processes and procedures - Proficiency in property management software such as Buildium - Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Knowledge of office procedures and basic legal requirements related to property management - Attention to detail with excellent data entry skills - Ability to negotiate lease terms and handle financial transactions We offer competitive compensation, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
