Bookkeeper

```Duties``` - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software - Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions - Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements - Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax preparation - Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations - Process payroll and maintain employee records ```Qualifications``` - Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices - Proficiency in using accounting software such as Quicken and Sage - Experience with 10-key typing for data entry accuracy - Familiarity with general ledger accounting and financial concepts - Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines - Strong communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members - Knowledge of payroll processing procedures is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers to join our team as a Bookkeeper.
