Accounts Payable Coordinator

Megatel Homes, LLC is currently looking for a A/P Coordinator.
The right candidate will be responsible for processing various types of accounts payable transactions including but not limited to: Vendor invoices, Purchase Orders, vendor issues and problem resolution.
Position interacts with various departments in responding to inquiries or report requests.
Looking for a positive and enthusiastic team-player with great communication skills, reliability, and ability to multi task.
Responsibilities include the following.

Process invoices and purchase orders for payment and resolve discrepancies Correspond and maintain vendor relationships Perform vendor invoice/statement reconciliation Maintain payables filing system for ready reference Reconcile, pay and record credit card purchases Oversee maintenance and vendor insurance and set-up Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company Ability to work overtime Research past-due invoices Qualifications Job related, secondary or post-secondary education or applicable experience in accounting and administrative positions MUST be extremely detail oriented MUST be able to multi-task and keep all tasks moving forward at the same time Ability to accurately process and record a large volume of numerical data Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written/oral form Proficiency with MS Office and email Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
