Job Summary :
*Cost Analysis:* Analyze IT project expenses, make project cost visible to managers (reporting).
* *Budgeting and Forecasting:* Collaborate with IT and finance teams to create and manage IT budgets.
Forecast future expenses based on business needs and growth projections.
* *Financial reporting:* Develop financial reporting to evaluate the impact of IT projects and investments.
* *Vendor Management:* Evaluate vendor contracts, help project teams with Contract scope review.
* *Expense Tracking:* Monitor ongoing IT expenses, track variances, and provide regular reports to management.
* *Risk Assessment:* Assess financial risks related to IT projects in case project expenses go up, indicate planned Vs actual analysis.
*Qualifications:*
* BS or BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, related Financial Field or equivalent experience is required
* Minimum 5 years in project management in large enterprise environments overseeing small to large teams directly and in matrix managed environments
* Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and organizational skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships with technical and non-technical teams alike, at all levels (including senior management).
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide the efforts of small or large teams to successful to obtain cost and financial data
* Ability to manage multiple projects / programs at once, as required, and prioritize appropriately
* Skilled with standard computing and financial management tools including MS Office Suite
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $83,333.
09 - $90,000.
