Tax Preparer

Responsibilities: - Prepare and review individual and business tax returns - Analyze financial information to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations - Provide excellent customer service by answering client questions and addressing concerns - Collaborate with clients to gather necessary tax documents and information - Utilize accounting software to input and organize financial data - Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations - Assist with tax planning and strategies for clients Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax preparation - Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices - Excellent math skills and attention to detail - Familiarity with accounting software, such as Sage or QuickBooks - Understanding of financial concepts and ability to apply them to tax preparation - Experience in public accounting or a related field is preferred - Technical accounting skills, including the ability to analyze financial statements As a Tax Preparer, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of the tax system.
