Pricing Analyst

Req ID: 180614 General Purpose This role is responsible for ensuring customer agreed upon pricing is accurately entered into the enterprise software system for the products sold by Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages and validate that pricing is accurately invoiced to the customer.
Duties and Responsibilities Validate Pricing in Systems Validate pricing entered into pricing platforms/tools accurately reflects customer agreed upon pricing Create and formulate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to validate pricing accuracy Ensure customer date is correctly entered and aligned properly in Master Data Ensure off-invoice customer pricing is “accrued” correctly Ensure Customer Marketing Funds are accrued and paid upon customers fulfillment of agreed upon activities Lead the relationship with Business Services North America (BSNA) Lead the relationship with Business Services North America (BSNA) and engage to ensure agreed upon customer pricing is processed in a timely and accurate manner Engage with BSNA to ensure agreed upon customer pricing is aligned in both CCSWB and Customer software Multi-functional collaboration to ensure pricing is correct Collaborates with CCSWB Leadership, Sales, RGM and Finance Distribute reports to ensure timely and accurate entry to customer pricing to the CCSWB Team and creates actions to improve our timely entry Address deductions in the month end closing Proactively address deductions and implement strategy to minimize their occurrence Track and verify customer deductions submitted by BSNA Build analysis on market conditions Support leadership and RGM area on ad-hoc insight reports Performs analysis to understand the behavior of the business and competitors, seeking to improve CCSWB market share Make recommendations and communicate the findings and plans to different levels of audiences in the organization, through visual tools Gathering data from internal databases to identify opportunities to determine adequate timely solutions Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, IT or other business-related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience Minimum 2 years work experience with numbers, Business , Pricing, Finance, or related experience Attention to details 2 years’ experience working with contracts/invoices Strong computer skills and advanced in Microsoft Excel.
