Currently, we are seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst - Corporate Reporting.
We are looking for a Hyperion Financial Management (“HFM”) subject matter expert to be a pivotal business partner and liaison between the end users of the consolidated financial results, the IT department, and 3rd party support providers.
This individual will work closely alongside the consolidations team to bridge the IT system expertise with the accounting and finance aspects of the monthly close process in order to provide technical solutions to meet the organization’s and end user’s needs.
This individual will work with customers and stakeholders in order to translate complex business requirements into functional system specifications and changes as well as providing information, training, and support and assistance where needed.
This role currently will be in a hybrid work setting (combination of virtual and in-office) and will evolve with changes in the business environment and needs.
For external candidates, this role would be located in our Irving, Texas headquarters.
For internal candidates this role could sit in any KC office in North America or LAO.
In this role, you will: Manage and administer all aspects of the global consolidations system, including security, business hierarchy, and data flows.
Primary support to business partners for HFM, including working with end-users on troubleshooting, as needed.
Ensure stability, availability, and optimal performance of consolidation platform and aid in design/implementation of future improvements.
Drive and own continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to implement efficiency, adjust to changing conditions and/or improve processes.
Maintain process documentation and policies to ensure accuracy, effectiveness and reliability of the established framework.
Develop trusted partnerships with key stakeholders across various departments and functions and work on ad-hoc projects as needed.
Perform training of new users and assist with continual education of existing users.
Key customers for this position include the Global Corporate Reporting Team, Regional Global Business Service Teams, as well as all global HFM end-users.

CPA or equivalent a plus.
5+ years experience in supporting a range of Hyperion products including using Hyperion Reports and SmartView.
Prior system administrator experience.
Experience with Visual Basic.
Understanding of Finance and Accounting business processes.
Effective communicator with the ability to work well with multiple teams and individuals across the globe.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and execution skills required.
Ability to articulate ideas, both written and verbal, to both technical and non-technical teams.
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Aptitude for systems, processes and driving continuous improvement.
