To support the Accounts Payable process by keying invoices in an accurate and timely manner and ensuring that all 3rd party invoice exception inquiries are addressed accurately and timely.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Review/Process payables transactions
Ensure that all manual invoices are keyed within defined AP guidelines to avoid duplicate payments
Maintain monthly paid invoice files
Code and process all invoices
Assist with AP inquiries
Address vendor inquiries concerning invoice payment status
Review and approve FAS’ daily – Alerts and Approvals OneSite process
Regular attendance and punctuality

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Must be detail-oriented , have strong data entry/computer skills and ability to multi-task
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team-based setting
Must possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel
Must be customer service focused
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
Must be able to work in a general office environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Ability to demonstrate the Bell Core Values
Must demonstrate ability to successfully work on a team
Must have superior interpersonal skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities; tactful; mature, flexible
Must be resourceful and well organized
Education & Background
Associates’ degree in Accounting helpful
2 years prior AP experience preferred, working in a high volume Accounts Payable Department
