Discover your exciting role The Staff Accountant is responsible for working with the Manager of Financial Reporting to complete the overall monthly accounting closing process, intercompany support, and cash forecasting.
Assists in maintaining the accounting system books and records and supporting documentation for the amounts within the system.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities Performs monthly cash forecast working with the projects for accurate planning Responsible for providing comments and requests for analysis for cash planning Coordinates the intercompany invoices within the billing system Coordinates with the projects to ensure accurate accruals for intercompany Responsible for matching of intercompany balances for actuals, budget and forecast Invoices various intercompany transactions Annual and quarterly forecast support Support our Special Purpose Entities Support audit requests Provides support to the Financial Management Other duties as assigned The information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job.

Show your expertise 2+ years of experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License or CPA Candidate preferred Industry Accounting experience preferred, preferably in a construction or manufacturing business Oracle experience preferred Knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and procedures Cash forecasting experience preferred Skill in performing complex numerical calculations Proficiency with MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel Highly organized and detail-oriented with the capacity to maintain information confidentiality Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Skill in the use of personal computers and related financial and accounting software products Skill in both verbal and written communication Non-Solicitation: We are not currently accepting third-party agency candidates for this position.
