YOUR IMPACT As a CX Insights Coordinator you will work with collaboratively within the Growth team to provide insights on consumer research & digital experience and ongoing reporting of all WingID campaigns and progress at the customer level.
WHAT YOU’LL DO Provide decision support for business areas across Wingstop organization based on CX analysis and insights.
Work collaboratively with Digital Product teams to conduct usability studies and digital experience research to optimize digital ordering process and digital customer journey Work collaboratively with digital marketing, ecommerce, and operations teams to advise on end to end customer experience research and opportunities Own day to day reporting and monitoring of customer segmentation; inclusive of customer performance and segmentation integrity, making ongoing optimizations to typing tools, database scoring algorithms, etc.
to ensure integrity of segmentation stays intact Own research plan execution for Customer Engagement experiences and strategies on an ongoing basis Develop and lead ongoing customer experience research (inclusive of Migration studies, behavior shift studies, etc.
Conduct regular data analysis and create presentations that convey research findings to internal teams and stakeholders.
Deliver other analytics and ad hoc reports as requested.
