As an Associate Workplace Services, reporting to the Senior Manager Workplace Services, you will support the team in delivering solutions for the successful operation of our corporate offices and associated budgets.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
Provide in-office support and ensure the effectiveness of soft services for Team Members and guests, including restocking breakrooms, receiving and delivering packages/mail, and supporting the receptionist.
Monitor the condition of the space through the performance of morning walkthroughs, monthly seating audits, and bi-annual maintenance inspections.
Provide conference service support by overseeing the conference room technology, setting up training rooms, and working with internal and external partners to correct deficiencies.
Respond promptly to building service and maintenance requests through ServiceNow ticketing system.
Support the Safety and Security program by communicating with building occupants during emergencies.
How you will collaborate with others:
Partner with the Global Real Estate and CapEx Project Team on building improvement and capital expenditure projects.
Partner with the Team Member Engagement, DE&I and Recognition Teams and external vendors to bring in office events.
What projects you will take ownership of:
Lead the onboarding process for Team Members and Contractors.
Manage access credentials for Team Members, Contractors and visitors.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
Two (2) years of work experience in corporate offices
Experience in office or facilities management or related experiences
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Be able to work in Dallas office daily as scheduled
It would be useful if you have:
Prior experience handling service requests through ServiceNow
Experience with CollectiveView or other Integrated Workplace Management Solutions
